Definitely one of the top restaurants in town. White table cloth service, food, and cocktails. Very polished experience.

Definitely the nicest restaurant in downtown Frankfort, but I wouldn’t say there is exactly a wide margin of comparisons to make (smaller kinda town with not a lot goin on).

Nice Italian restaurant right downtown Frankfort. Reservations were made for 4:30, and we got right in as soon as they opened. I ordered a Manhattan, which was really good. We then proceeded to order our food. I, of course, chose the pork chop with Brussel Sprouts and mashed potatoes. The Mrs had the lasagna. Our friends had chicken parmesan and hot brown. It seemed like forever before the food came out, but it was worth the wait for the Brussel Sprouts alone. They were delicious! Everyone enjoyed their selections and overall a nice enjoyable meal!!

My husband and I came out tonight and we were hoping for more of a classy atmosphere just based on the reviews and prices of the food we dressed up nicely and came out . the bruschetta as our appetizer was very nice . our drinks (the godfather) was very good . our server was very nice and attentive . but the food … the blackened salmon with sweet potato purée and green beans . BLAND and cold !!! the chicken with the mushroom sauce mashed potatoes and green beans , BLAND and cold !! the other guest we’re wearing whatever they wanted and we’re very loud and rude … as a stay at home mother i never really get to go out without the kids so this was supposed to be special… my night was ruined .. i was literally tearing up at the restaurant. it was so hot in there too . felt like all they had was fans and no actual AC so we were very uncomfortable.. we didn’t complain we just paid , tipped our waiter and left but we WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER !! we’re going to lime water next i’m sure they’ll be much better …

Cool little place. Had delicious food and decently priced. Much less expensive than Rodney’s in Georgetown and food was considerably better than my last experience there. They had the perfect jazz band playing while we were there. I don’t even like jazz and I enjoyed it.

From the outside I was excited to try an small Italian place in historic Frankfort. The tables were nicely set, full bar, but lacking in people. I thought maybe from the construction or mid afternoon Monday but now I believe it may be the food. I had great service but the food had much to be desired. I ordered the chicken salad and truffle fries. My fries came out still ice cold in the center. Remade they were warm, not fresh, and no truffle flavor at all. The sandwich while full was lackluster in taste, with thick mayo. I wouldn’t come back here for the food but I’d go elsewhere that Alex was a server, she was friendly, attentive and accommodating.

We enjoyed our visit to Serafini. The food was excellent and service was adequate, but the kitchen was a little slow. I thought the menu was a little limited. My chicken Parm was the best I have had, including some really nice Italian restaurants in upstate NY. The wife’s shrimp risotto was excellent. We would eat here again.

Fabulous NYE dinner! The daily rosotto had a rack of lamb on top which was cooked perfectly. We also had calamari & Caesar salad, both were delicious. Wine selection was wonderful and the bartender made an excellent espresso martini. Even as first time diners from out-of-town carlos made us feel right at home 🙂 thank you all!

I had lunch outside today to enjoy the beautiful weather. Taylor was a great server. Had a delicious hot brown and mimosa! They gave me a complimentary piece of chocolate cake, a nice surprise for my birthday. I highly recommend it!

We have visited Serafini 3 times over the past few months. Each time has had wonderful food and service. I enjoy the lasagna, my husband likes the capital burger and the salmon. Located in downtown Frankfort, Serafini has much to offer with drink selection, food quality, and ambience. We enjoy the aesthetic and the vintage feel of this little restaurant.
