This is normally great food but today was a disappointment. I ordered chicken yakisoba and the chicken was clearly either leftover from yesterday or way earlier in the day. It had that cooked/cooled/reheat taste and texture. I will give it another try before crossing off of my list. Times are tough and the food business has been hit hardest, so I will try to keep this small business on my list.

Even though there was a line they were still pretty quick especially for only having like a couple people working at the time the food was delicious and hot and there was a good amount of it for the price that we paid the waitress at the time they took the order was spot-on with her time. Of how long it might be until the food was done as well as she was very pleasant to deal with overall the place was clean friendly enjoyable and delicious I would highly recommend going there to anybody wanting some fresh we cooked hot teriyaki it’ll make you want more and crave more later on.

We went there just befor 3 on a Monday with family. We were greeting by a disheveled woman with long hair that wasn’t pulled back, she told us we needed to order fast, that we had 3mins befor they closed the kitchen for their break. Taking a break at 3pm is what it is, But the way we were greeted and told was rude & not friendly. This is the second time I have come in during operating hours and greeted coldly and informed it was break time. The foods always amazing but this woman’s customer service was awful. We took our business else where.

I have always enjoyed food from Bentos, but was disappointed when I called in an order for pickup and was told rather rudely on the phone that I could not have fried rice because it was “too close to closing”. I called at 6:30 pm on a Friday night, and according to their website, they don’t close until 7:30 pm (which is a ridiculous closing time for a lunch / dinner place on a Friday night!)
