Went in today for lunch to Marbel City Market and went with Seoul Brothers. The girl at the counter couldn’t have been more helpful. She explained everything and was so sweet. After speaking with her I went with the OG KFC sandwich. It was sweet spicy breaded bbq chicken goodness. The cheese crusted fresh soft brioche bun was next level. The crunchy Asian slaw was a perfect complement flavor to the spicy Korean BBQ sauce. A real flavor explosion of complimentary flavors. I got cucumber sprout salad as a side and it was seriously good. Crunchy with spicey and sweet flavors with a little background heat. I really enjoyed this salad a lot. My girl got the same thing but she got fries. I’m not a big coated fry guy but these are outstanding. They were fantastic and I ate a lot of hers. She also got fried rice and it was spicy and fresh. It was different and I did like it but was my least favorite of the meal. We stepped outside of the box and it payed off with this meal. It was a very enjoyable lunch and I would go back again. I highly recommend Seoul Brothers.

Aesthetically pleasing, but quality ends there… the food had no flavor but sodium. Swimming in salty aioli sauce. The mushrooms were cold and rubbery, the kimchi slimy not crunchy, bean sprouts not fresh but brown and wilted. I was so disappointed. Go to FinTwo or Kaizen or Chaiyo instead.

Great bibimbop, and a big portion! The amount of rice wasn’t quite portioned with the rest of the dish (too much rice), but it was all so delicious and well priced that I can’t chalk that up as a big deal! Thank you!

I spent $33. I was very excited to come here because I’ve never been to a Korean food place before but my food was very salty.

This restaurant is located in a complex with multiple eateries and modern seating. The staff was so sweet and answered all our questions. We ended up with a couple sandwiches and loaded fries. It was so flavorful and delicious. The only suggestion would be to use the pickled cucumbers on the Bulgogi sandwich. We were just driving through and made a pit stop. So good and reasonably priced.

For the price the portion size was pathetic. The sauce flavor of the OG KFC was actually great. The chicken was tough and hard to chew. The slaw was tasty but not much there. The piece of chicken was small for the bun. The amount of seoul fries was pitiful. I had not eaten any of them in the photo. The other options at MCM have been much better.

I had a Bop Bowl and went all in with fried spam as my protein.

Wow!!!! That’s all I have to say about this place. From the customer service helping me pick what I wanted to eat to the little burst of flavors you get from their boba sodas! Me and my two children were able to eat here (and enjoy) which can be a task in Knoxville. The owners were also able to cut up with me and my family while we were eating which made the experience so much better. This was my 3rd time visiting and there will be plenty more visits in the future. If you all haven’t made your way down there please do yourself a favor! Nice eating area also for students trying to study, meeting friends for a bite to eat and drink or even just little family outings!!

We adore this place!! We are from Hawaii, we love all Asian cuisine and have a pretty high standard to be honest. We came to visit my mother last summer and my wife found Seoul Brothers through Instagram. We were not one ounce disappointed! We are considering moving to Knoxville and we will be there more then we would like to admit. Do your self a favor and eat at Seoul brother in Knoxville!! Mahalo
