This was my first time trying this place yesterday night. I ordered 10 party wings, fries, half lemon pepper and half honey hot. When I got home i didn’t have any honey hot,chicken wasn’t cooked long enough for me and I literally only got about 10 fries. The lady knew I ordered half honey hot but still gave me all lemon pepper. That was my first and last time going there.

I went at closing time on 9/12/20. They made me feel very welcomed. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions, this was my first visit. I went with lemon pepper and hot wings with seasoned fries. My favorite was the hot. It was nice and cool in there. The dining room was clean and they have TVs for entertainment. My food didn’t take long at all. He made sure I got in my car safely. These men made me feel safe. They were so sweet, kind, great attitudes, and excellent customer service. Sensational Wings you gained another happy customer!

showed up an hour before they closed one day and they claimed they were closed, so I showed up 2days later 2/17/23 at 6pm, which was 2-3 hours before they were supposedly closing, but was denied as soon as I came in, being told I had to call. So, when I got to my car, I called, then they claimed they were closed. I heard their food is simply just alright, and thought I’d try it, but their service is just too terrible. They are rude and really seem as if they hate having customers. Will not be returning. Nasty attitude people.

Employees are extremely rude and CONSTANTLY interrupted me when trying to place an order on the phone. I have never eaten here and I was excited to try it, because I’ve heard so much about the wings. But nope, the employees ruined that! I just hung up on them because they were so rude. I will not be trying this place because of it. Y’all DESPERATELY need to find some friendlier people to answer the phone/work the front counter. McDonalds has better customer service than this place, WHICH IS SAYING SOMETHING!!!!! Do better.

Best Wings. I randomly tried them based on a google review and that was over a year ago! I have never had a bad experience. Food is always great, the woman who answers the phone is always nice and friendly. This is the only place I get wings from. Great flavor. Always hot, even when I’ve been late picking up my order. Me and my family love their wings. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu but i definitely recommend the wings
