Update: it’s not the same restaurant it used to be. It’s totally different. They call them self “express” now. No more happy hour either! It’s like a build your own taco and burrito shop now. They said it was the same owner but I don’t think so.. I was totally shocked when I walked in and seen how it changed. I tried a chicken bowl and it wasn’t bad at all. Looks like they don’t get much business anymore tho like it used to either.

Have been there plenty of times and was extremely upset at how I was treated at this place this particular evening..I paid for taco shrimps, a margarita strawberry, and 2 cheese dip w meat in it ..the food came out looked great!! And then I drank my margarita and it had a long black piece of hair in it that I pulled out of my mouth from drinking it..I was so upset the guy said oh no it’s not my hair and they all have dark hair but the lady that was their had her hair long like the hair..my hair is blond…he said he was gonna check the video as if I was lying and I asked him to please do check it..he was lying himself about doing it still kept saying it wasn’t his hair and charged me.for my entire meal and didn’t even take that hair margarita off my tab…I won’t go back n will tell others..it’s not worth the headache…

I love the scenery at Senior Tequila’s. The food is seasoned perfectly and always hot. Great portions for the price. The mango margaritas are delicious. Karaoke night is so much fun.

This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant ! The frozen margaritas are the BEST! My waitress Stephanie was just amazing and attentive to us. The music was great ! Everything was perfect . Will be returning in the future .

I’m only giving it 1 star because I have to give it something in order to write a review. I think it’s closed. They weren’t open on a Thursday at 3pm. Blinds shut, no biz hours signage, and the interior appears under renovation, was empty and dark. Shaker Square greeter/security lady says they’re gone.

This isn’t a sit down restaurant anymore, it’s a build your own, and because of that, the quality went down. By a lot. The food wasn’t even hot. The flavors were okay but the chicken was cold and the lettuce was hot. I’d be reluctant to return.
