Me and my family used to love Senor Taco so when I was out shopping with my granddaughter and we were starving we whipped in for a few tacos. First the service was super, and I mean super slow. How long does it take to put together 4 tacos? There is no longer a salsa bar. The pre-meal chips and salsa were bland and as it turns out so were the tacos. The place has seriously gone downhill, sorry to say.

Terrible quality food. Extremely expensive for the price. Two tacos are 14 dollars and look like garbage. Better off going down to Taco Bell down the street for the exact same quality food for half the price.

By far the worst food joint in the area. I walked in to get my food and to find out the order was completely wrong. Not to mention the employees are pathetic. There was this one guy named Jake I think who was at the register who threatened to strangle me if I ever showed my face in the restaurant ever again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend at all

Stopped in just to pick up some sides, black beans, rice, and guacamole. The black beans may have been some of the best I have ever had. It’s so flavorful. Looking forward to going back and actually getting some of their entree items.

I stopped coming to this location sadly even though I love the food because of the poor customer service provided everytime I decide to give them another chance. I order the same thing everytime “Steak Taco’s with pico de gallo & cheese ONLY no sour cream lettuce or tomatoes, sweet plantains & maybe a couple other items on the menu for kids & wife but this is my main dish I order personally and they always mess it up after confirming with them multiple times I do not like sour cream. For god sakes there isn’t even any pico on these tacos. It beyond frustrating when someone takes your order confirms multiple times on their system that prints out tickets with exact order for cooks & they still put whatever they feel like on the tacos disregarding the order. Now for someone who is on break and has limited time their best option is telling you to come back and they will replace it but how is that possible with only a half hour break? So they tell you to come back whenever you can but what about now? What about the food intake I was expecting on my break? That doesn’t matter I guess and is not taken into consideration when making sure everything is correct for the customer. On top of it I called them very frustrated and they hung up the phone on me because I was being “Rude” supposedly but how can they not expect customers to be frustrated in a situation like this after spending 40$ on 4 tacos and an ice cream? It’s beyond ridiculous and they should show more professionalism when dealing with a situation they messed up in the first place I will never give this location my business again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know because of very poor customer service! This has happened multiple times also not the first time.

Over priced small portions and mediocre food at best. Spanish rice was nothing more than white rice. Worst customer service. Requested replacement or refund for poor quality food served and was not only denied, but was rudely ignored…There are much better Mexican takeout in the area, so give them your business instead.

I ordered the wrong taco gave it back in one whole piece I never touched it or anything I just wanted to change it for a different topping and the older gentleman with glasses at the front counter tells me I owe him 5 dollars for exchanging my taco for another that’s priced at the same price. Not sure if it’s because of my race but I’ll never go back to this establishment. No other Senor taco has done this to me.

Wow, terrible tacos. especially the steak. They make the stake super chewy and overcook it. do not waste your money.
