We were driving through town and decided to order here for pickup on our way to St. Louis. We were very excited about the Don Burro burrito but unfortunately it did not live up to the menu description. The filings were flavorful but it was covered in a cheese sauce. It doesn’t say that anywhere on the menu and we were super disappointed as we don’t like nacho cheese sauces. We ended up only eating the filling. It would have been totally fine had they written on the menu a complete description of the dish.

Delicious food and great prices! We were driving through Pocahontas at lunch time and found this place. The reviews were really good and now I know why. Would love to live closer so we could go there more often.

I’ve been there a few times now. Everything is fresh and delicious. The BEST thing is Taco Tuesday where you can get street tacos anyway you want them for $0.99! Beef, chicken, steak, carnita (pork), chorizo (spicy Mexican sausage), and shredded chicken are the protein options. You can pretty much get any topping normally found on a taco. They’re small but filling!

We are from Texas and know good Mexican food. We stopped while traveling through and were not disappointed. It was incredibly busy and even though the service was very good. It did take over an hour from start to finish so if you’re in a rush consider that.

I was very surprised by this place. I didn’t expect to get the kind of service. The people were very friendly and helpful. Quick with the refill on the tea, and good conversation. Well worth the time to stop. I would recommend the chili varde.

Pictured are the tacos carne asada and they were so good. Just the right amount of filling so you got full eating them but it did t turn into a hot mess. They offer chips and salsa as soon as you sit down, I really enjoyed their salsa. It’s not spicy by itself but they do have a few hot sauces that you could add to it if you want to kick it up a notch. My husband got the chimichanga and he thought it was really good. Also, I was huge!!! Like totAlly worth the $9. I tried a bit as well so I know it was good. Comes with rice and beans, they were good! (if anyone gets those wrong I lose all faith!). Would definitely recommend this place.

The guacamole was so salty I literally couldn’t eat it. The beans were salty as well, but not as bad. On the other hand, the chicken was very bland and had no flavor at all. The rice as good. Service was bad. Won’t return.
