First couple of times I’ve gone, it was great. Generous portions of meat and veggies. The last few times including today, they just give a heap of rice and very little meat. The meat is salty and seems very old. I once enjoyed this place, but for the price I might as well go somewhere else and get a good portion of meat.

Amazing service. I will almost always order the same thing, veggie fried rice and sweet potato rolls with cream cheese added. They never disappoint! Once they forgot to add my cream cheese, I can back the next day and gave me an extra roll for free. I can’t say enough great things about this place! For sure a gem! Call ahead and pickup, food is ready super quick. Great quality food.

Had a not so great experience here today, judging by the good reviews, may not be the norm. But first, there seemed to be some confusion by the girl taking my order about what was included in the sushi lunch- not sure if she was in training? The lady making the sushi was a bit more helpful, but when I got my food it was sashimi instead of the sushi I ordered (I had already left and couldn’t go back). The sashimi fish all tasted old and overly fishy, and the spicy tuna roll was super dry. Honestly, the worst part that there was a large bug crawling on the counter near the register when I paid- yikes!

I am a new customer. I wanted to get guidance regarding a certain plate. After trying to ask questions there was a cashier with no restaurant shirt and nothing but tons of makeup/ eyeliner on. She was very short with me and wasn’t trying to be bothered. I just left and as I was doing a review. I noticed one of the owners coming out the restaurant assisting a customer. I spoke to the owner and pretty much let her know that the cashier was being short with me and she told me to come and that she would take my order. She seem like she really cared about what I was telling her about the cashier. She told me it will never happen again and that she hopes I come back. Just for that she earned my respect and business. I appreciate her and the food was soo good.

I was in a few days ago. Watched a rude customer bring the young cashier to tears and I’m pretty sure the customer used some derogatory language. I’ve always had great service here, but even if you aren’t happy, calling the workers names is trashy. But Senkaku handled it well and I got my order perfect as always. You can see from my review history that I’m not a problem customer and I do tend to look for the good rather than harass and complain or invent complaints, but I can genuinely say I’ve always had great service and great food here!
