When in Saratoga Springs you have to go to Seneca. The food was so good. The food is made with fresh ingredients and obvious care. Everything we ate was spectacular, from the Watermelon Salad to the Burnt Pork Ends to my favorite the Shrimp and Grits, you can not go wrong. The service was phenomenal as well. When you go maybe you will be lucky enough to have Abby for a waitress. She’s sweet, jovial and gives awesome suggestions.

We had dinner here the other night. We sat outside in the alley which they have made very festive with fiesta lighting. The food was delicious, the Parker house rolls with honey butter were amazing as was the deviled egg appetizer. My wagu burger was cooked to perfection but they wouldn’t allow me to add an egg to it. My husband had a pasta dish that was complex and creamy. I had a lemon drop martini which was served in a very small non martini glass. The service while friendly was very slow.

Anna was incredible. Our first experience was perfect. The service was 10/10 the food was melt in your mouth perfect. Probably the best burger I’ve ever had. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and invites you to stay as long as you want. The open gym gives a wonderful inside feel of the chefs giving love to each plate that’s prepared. Highly recommended.

Great food and cocktails!! The creativity and ingredients are top notch. We had the lobster Bao buns for an appetizer and they were delicious. I had the Caribbean jerk chicken for my entree and it was very tasty-an entire half chicken, cooked perfectly and served over mashed sweet potatoes. In the past, I’ve had other great appetizers there like the rolls (homemade butter, very good) and the pierogis. The other entree I have really enjoyed is the hangar steak. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and the location is amazing-walk around town after dinner.

Fantastic anniversary dinner on the porch. Our food was scrumptious, the service great. The Shrimp and Grits, wow. Strip steak tender.

Absolutely loved the rustic-chic ambience & the food. We are from NJ and were exploring the Saratoga springs area. We hopped a couple of places so didn’t get to have the main course but the apps were fantastic! They were unique in taste and the management seems to have put in a lot of effort into the menu. The dipping sauces were also very different from the usual ones at American restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Overall a decent meal but there were some hits and misses. Came in with spouse and kids for dinner on a Friday. It was somewhat busy but there were a few open tables. Ordered Parker house rolls, crab cakes, pierogies and a plate of fries. The apps were the highlight of the meal for sure. Parker house rolls are always a treat and this hot humid weather ensures they were nice and fluffy. Drinks service was a miss, took forever to get two bar drinks out and we were almost done with the apps before we got them. Bartender was slow, not our server. Entrees were just ok. Jerk chicken was dry and over cooked smothered in a white sauce and looked like something from Applebees. Burger was decent, pretty blackened which some people like. Hanger steak was excellent. Swordfish was a big miss, fish was good but the couscous was mush and the romaneso was COLD, ice cold. Not nice getting a hot piece of fish on top of an ice cold sauce. Service was good. Overall the apps are the star and maybe stick with the red meat. Not running back anytime soon.

As far as I am concerned if you’re making a trip to Saratoga it needs to include dinner at Seneca. The food is simply amazing. You can tell it’s fresh and made by a team that’s passionate about what they do. The drink offerings are fun and stylish. One of the best restaurants I know of, period.

Nice place in a less busy street in Saratoga town. Staffs are always nice and friendly. Love the items I have ordered here. Lots of good fusion options available. Seafood dishes are surprisingly tasty as well. You can’t go wrong here.
