Raising the price of everything is fine. Inflation happens and the business still needs to make money. Where I draw the line is when you decide to pass the fee for using a credit card off to the customer. Sneak it into the bottom of my receipt and do not say anything. You would think after ordering here for years that I would at least get it mentioned to me. I have lifetime points counting over 5,000. You would think after spending over $5,000 here that I would get some respect. I’m not going to pay for the raised prices of your food and on top of that the fees to run your business. You lost a long-term customer.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place 2nd chances every few months, they are close and convenient, but my order is literally wrong every time. How hard is it to make a pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce without adding all kind of extra toppings and still not even getting the extra cheese part right?

This is the saddest $11 chicken cheesesteak I’ve ever seen. One chopped up chicken breast. I called to figure out what happened to the rest of my cheesesteak and the manager told me that’s how it is and too bad. Absolute trash, sub, burger and pizza all fell right in line with this. Wild to think with so many places around here they would take such an awful stance on customer service. Luckily I have plenty of other options to order my dinner for my family in the future.

They messed up my first cheesesteak. Instead of making my order correctly the second time. They replaced it with a second one that had so much black pepper on it I couldn’t eat it. It’s disgusting and foul that a business that serves food would allow their employees to sabotage someone’s food. I’m wondering what other petty disgusting things they do to peoples food. I don’t trust this place just for that I would advise people not to eat here.

REPLACED BY SEASON’S PIZZA IN MIDWAY PLAZA. I ORDERED A GLUTEN FREE PIZZA WITH CHICKEN & BANANA PEPPERS, THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO PUT HOTSAUCE ON MY PIZZA INSTEAD OF PIZZA SAUCE, SO IF THE GLUTEN-FREE DOUGH DIDN’T GET COOKED ALL THE WAY, DID THE CHICKEN EVEN GET COOKED ALL THE WAY? THEN YOU MAY SEE THEY SLICED RIGHT THROUGH THE PIZZA IN THROUGH THE ALUMINUM PAN THEY COOKED IT ON. I REALLY LOVE CRUST WITH MY PIZZA & AS YOU MAY SEE THIS CRUST IS BURNT TO THE PAN. Do not bother ordering online. (I used UberEats) Placed an order at 3:45, called the store at 5 PM. The girl who picked up the phone had no idea what I was talking about and said they didn’t even enter the order yet. Said it would be there in a half hour. Order did not show up until 5:45. (After reading the reviews this is a reoccurring thing for them.) I ordered an antipasto and they put pepper all over everything? Pizza was also extremely undercooked. If this was served in New York it would be a crime. There are a TON of local shops that are much better. The ingredients they use are terrible quality. Similar to frozen pizzas. Only reason I ordered here is because it said it would be a 25-35 minute delivery. Don’t waste your money here.
