Staff is very friendly! The food is always good. The crab cakes are very good, barely any breading and they are a decent size! Nevet have any complaints when I go here. The older gentleman who is normally at the front has a great personality, and very customer oriented!

The server was very nice and hood. But the waiting time for the food awful. Nearly 25 min. For cheessteaks only 2 other customers inside and no takeout while we were there. The cheessteak had zero flavor will not recommend or return

I went into the restaurant to order some food at approx 9:10pm. I asked if they were closing and no one answered. I saw a young man walk from the back and asked him he said “I’m just the driver, ask him.” The entire staff was mopping the floors when I walked in which prompted me to ask if they were closing. After I finally got an answer from one of the mopping staff, I was told to wait while they continued to mop the floors. They were absolutely rude!!! I waited about 5 more minutes and decided to walk out. It seemed as though they were preparing to close the store early and I didn’t want to risk them doing anything to my food if I was to order. It seemed like the staff had their own agenda to get me out so they didn’t have to wait on me and best believe it worked. My first worst experience at this franchise !

There’s never a long wait let alone a long line when I go to order. Best part is the location u can stop to get me drink at the liquor store orgrab gas on the way home so I don’t have to worry about it in the am. Perfect place after a long day.

Ordered grilled chicken salad from this location to go. It was nastiest salad I ever had. Never again. Pitiful. Very disappointed. I payed $11.19 wish I knew what I’m paying for. Not recommending this place at all. Save your money. Service however was very nice.

Ordered curbside. I pulled up and check in online and waited 10 mins. Finally I went inside, it wasn’t busy at all. The young lady at the counter was standing there texting on her phone!!!! No sense of urgency at all!!!! What happened to customer service???

Tonight my wife ordered two baked lasagnas and barbecue chicken bread . Went to eat my lasagna thought it was a burnt piece of cheese , NOPE. Glad I grabbed it with my fingers not my fork like the Cookie Monster I was about to be. A huge chunk of hair in my food!!!!!!!!! Not happy and still hungry but I’m good. Then my wife calls this morning to explain the situation in the general manager was rude and questions that hair like really!!! Worst
