Don’t follow Google. You have to exit at Town Hall Rd, then go down to Lorimer Rd. The vibe here is nice and the service was good, but being from Brooklyn, I found the food underwhelming and not that well seasoned, as well as pricey for the serving size. The jerk chicken was done good but a bit dry. The rice is cold and dry. Fish was standard, but also dry and not very flavorful.

Sent wrong order twice then tried to justify it instead of just making it right. It wasn’t until I said I’m writing a bad review she wanted to make it right. They ran out of food because they had a catering event the day before and instead of notifying me they sent something different and said they can send whatever kind of chicken they want because it doesn’t specify on the menu. Even though it was totally different. This is the second time in a couple weeks they screwed up the order. Food was totally different tasting than when I originally ordered and got correct order. Fried chicken was dry and only 2 small pieces. Jerk chicken was 2 small boneless chicken breasts and very little spice. Mac and cheese tasted funny. Wasted $60.

Curried pork with red beans and rice was excellent. Empanadas beef chicken and veggie. Friends love the deep fried Mac and cheese. Good atmosphere and good staff. Overall a good experience. I will keep going back as they have additional entree’s. Curried Goat was seen on the menu. If you like to try different foods it’s right on the money !

I was really hungry one night and I said let me just try to order from whatever is open. I must say I was very impressed with the quality of food and such a small location. The chef was very personable and I would suggest everyone in the area try this spot.

I was actually quite surprised at how good this place is. First of all the customer service over the phone was spectacular(Thank you Sue), and the food was delicious. The proportions were perfect and the prices competitive. I would 100% recommend anyone to try here.

Food was good, however it was a strange environment. As our food came, the music stopped and several people spoke on marketing of there brands. We weren’t expecting this and it created an awkward dining experience.
