I have visited several times during Summer and off season. The quality of the food here is great! ingredients are fresh, if they have them (I had to change my order three time because they “ran out” of a certain ingredient. Have can you not have tomatoes or cheese to make a sandwich!?) The price is not great either. A typical sandwich and drink costs $16. $16!!! I know is the Hamptons and all, but come on. During the summers, you might as well call ahead and make a reservation to order food. The staff is not the greatest, they do serve you, but don’t expect it gladly. I would go back, mainly because we are running out of places to get a good sandwich for lunch.

We got the Chicken Pesto Tomato Avocado Paninis and they were amazing! Wasn’t on the menu but it was on the website with a picture so showed the staff and they made it. Definitely saving this place.
