Super large menu, lot of options! The appetizers were AMAZING! They were the star of the show for sure. Entrees we’re good too. Seafood is top quality! Bacon wrapped scallops and mussels were our apps. I had grilled salmon for my entree – tad too salty to me. Fiancé had shrimp – they were HUGE and very delicious! They have a formal dining room as well as a speakeasy room, pretty neat!

This was such a delicious restaurant in St Mary’s! All of our plates were so damn tasty and service was quick and prompt. All of our questions were answered and even questions about the area. The Scampi sauce was delicious and so were the bacon jam scallops!! Only thing that was off putting was the fact that there was no background ambiance like music or anything. Just kinda silent.

The new owner has really made some great improvements to this restaurant that is also attached to the historic Riverview Hotel. The new menu is very good and the freshly renovated dining area provides a welcoming atmosphere. They even have a speak easy that includes a entrance through a London style phone booth. The service is friendly, accurate and reasonably quick. We love taking our out of town visitors here to give them a true feel of a local restaurant in St Mary’s.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to over the last few years. It is in an older home with a view of the river. The service was well above average with friendly and efficient staff. The food was delicious. I had the best blackened shrimp and grits I’ve ever had anywhere. This is a must eat restaurant if you are in the area! It has the full package of great food, exceptional service, and a unique atmosphere in a lovely location.

First off looked up menu, got to restaurant, nothing on the online menu was available, no tacos anymore, no linguine available. Placed order from menu in house. I ordered grilled Scallops, very good. House salad was the flattest salad I’ve ever seen very small portion. Ordered loaded baked potato off of side order list on menu was charged up charged price. The resteraunt opens at 4pm we arrived at 6 pm baked potato served warm, I believed it was from the day before, was not even melted, asked for a fresh potato was told it would take over an hour, they replaced with fry’s.

The menu is limited on a Sunday night after large weekend. But the fish and chips were amazing. Portions are very generous. My friends had hamburgers that were gigantic. Good local beers too. Great bartender/server Daryl. Good find in St Mary’s

My family and I were enjoying the Little Christmas party nearby and decided to give this restaurant a try. The atmosphere is nice, the food was decent to taste, however very pricey for the portion. For a $20-$25 plate and up, you should get a meat, startch and 1-2 vegetable/side options. The grilled shrimp and salmon were seasoned well, but the scallops lacked a good seasoning! The ranch for salads is homemade and that was great. The waitress was nice. Also shortly after we left my our stomachs weren’t settled. Overall not a bad place to eat, however, we will not eat there again.

We came in on a very busy Monday night. The service was still good and the food was great! I had the scallops. They were tender and thick!

The food was excellent! The young lady seating, hostessing, plate running – fantastic, total professional! The atmosphere? Sounded like a football stadium during the playoffs. We’ll be back when it’s cool enough to sit outside.

After spending a few hours at Cumberland Island National Park/Seashore, we had dinner across the street from the dock at Seagles. Great, hospitable staff and delicious food. They have both a dining room and a bar. I had the Bourbon Bacon Salmon with cheesy grits and a salad; my husband had the shrimp scampi, which looked beautiful and according to him, amazing! We awarded with the fried oysters appetizer which was so good! Big, plump, juicy oysters breaded and fried to perfection. We will definitely return when we are in the area.
