We went here after bailing on a more well known nearby place. The hostess at Sea Craft, Lily, was the hardest working I have seen in a while, juggling a lot of people coming in and yet still asking them what kind of table they wanted and working to accommodate that.

I have never had better service at a restaurant. Outside of ordering, we didn’t have to ask for a single thing. Service was quick, drinks were replaced as we took our last sip, our sons (5 yrs) food was put in first and brought out quickly. Each employee that passed took time to say hello to our son and ask us if we needed anything. On top of amazing service, the food was phenomenal, my husband and I had the steak and the scallops. Both plates were cleaned! I will absolutely return.

Outstanding! We eat on the veranda with a perfect view of the ocean. Our server Steven was professional, pleasant and efficient in spite of it being a very busy Saturday night.

Food was tasty and plated beautifully. Portions are on the smaller side. Atmosphere was gorgeous, our waitress was wonderful. My 1 star came from poor management. We had issues with our table sitting outside in the blazing sun and the manager was extremely rude and snarky when we asked to move. All of the other tables outside were vacant and still were when we finished our meal.

Food was good. Server was good. We wanted to eat outside and there were MANY open outdoor tables, but were told we couldn’t have one. The main reason for my low score was the ridiculous charge for ice. As you’ll see on the picture I attached, my husband ordered a $16 bourbon on the rocks. The three “rocks” had an additional $2 charge. It’s just ridiculous.

Food is great and servers are friendly and attentive. Love their daily crudo special.. The fried calamari is done perfectly, light batter and not greasy and calamari is tender.The cavatelli pasta dish is also great. A light Parmesan broth with basil and pine nuts. Perfect for a summer night! Highly recommend this place!

Buyer beware…I happen to notice that SeaCraft not only charged my card against the dinner we had with guests in the amount of $276, I also noticed a second charge of $596 placed on my card at the same time. I initially considered it honest mistake made by the server, who was also serving a large party at the same time next to us. I emailed the restaurant on two occasions…no response. After calling several times, I was finally able to speak to the manager about my discovery, who informed me that they showed no charge made in the amount of $596, despite a clear charge make to my credit card from SeaCraft. They were dismissive and told me that I would need to address it with my Bank. After two months, my bank came back to inform me after their investigation they concluded it was an error and the charge was removed. Meanwhile, no word back from SeaCraft. Two weeks ago, I wrote again to SeaCraft Mgt/ownership expressing my disappointment in how they handled this. No response, no call, no apology. I can only presume that as long as they rake in the dollars, the customer experience is clearly not a priority.
