Ice is soft as clouds and smooth. They make sure you have a juicy snowball. The prices is just right. They have natural flavor snowballs also. They even carry cream flavors. They didn’t forget sugar free balls.

They were alright. I wish they had a phone number to contact them. I purchased snoball with ice cream center and when I got to the center and the ice cream was nonexistent. I didn’t feel like turning around. I could’ve called to let know for my next visit but no listing for them.

Would give no stars if i could. Makes snoballs before giving cooked food funnel cake hard as rock snowball flavor off and hotdog looked like it was put in container and shook up. Got no sorry and only got a 2$ refund for hotdog. Will never go there again or recommend them to anyone.

Deserves no stars ordered funnel cake hotdogs n snowballs got the snowballs before giving the food snowballs all melted after waiting for 20 min hot dog looked smashed upside down funnel cake can knock someone out its so hard a waste of time and money when complained at the window just got starred at no apologies just rediiouls didn’t even offer to fix the problem stay away from this place
