Would give zero stars. Have been having Scrimas from Woodmans for years. This weekend we got some ham. My son and mother-in-law were the only ones to eat it and got extremely sick. My mother-in-law had to be transferred to the hospital where she was diagnosed with a viral staph infection, a common type of food poisoning. We contacted Scrimas to have Joe Scrima himself call back. He was extremely rude claiming in all his years this has never happened. No concern. He told us to drop off an official complaint and maybe his insurance will help. He didn’t care. I work with food and I am ServSafe certified by the State of Wisconsin and this is complete garbage. Food poisoning can kill someone and the slightest thing can taint food. Sometimes slip ups happen, its human nature. However arguing and showing no concern for a customer you got sick is bad business. I will never shop Scrimas again and will spread the word.

Best authentic Italian pizza. For an extra special treat, go to the Waukasha Farmer’s Market where they have a wood burning oven at their booth. Order the Breakfast Pizza….sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs with a homemade Alfredo sauce. Delicious!!!

Delious pizza! I have eaten their pizza at least a dozen times. They are located inside the Waukesha Woodmans. I usually call ahead to have a custom take and bake pizza. They will also bake it for you if you prefer.
