Scratch is always a great experience! We love the food it’s always so delicious! The Dry Aged Ribeye is a must! We absolutely adore the staff and owner Demond is such a pleasure, we love that he personally takes time to stop by our table and chat! The atmosphere is casually elegant… if you haven’t tried this place yet… what are you waiting for! Get your reservations asap!

We called ahead and made reservations for a Friday night at 7:00. Our waitress was friendly and checked in often. The soup, steak, and sides (potato bombs, mac n cheese, sweet potato and smokey gratin potatoes) were perfectly cooked and delicious! The only downfall was that we ended up sitting right in front of the kitchen door and it was constantly swinging open towards us. We will be back!

I saw Demond’s vision years ago and I’m so glad to experience the reality! First, it was Valentine’s weekend and they were very busy. The Staff was great, even with the pressure. The ambiance in the back is meant for couples and loved ones. And now the food, I had the Steak Oscar and my wife had the Bone-In Ribeye. This is where you go to get it done RIGHT! The flavor was unbelievable and the quality is top notch. Even the appetizers blew us away. Personally these steaks are fighting RED’s Steakhouse, Cleveland, Ohio and Mon Ami Gabi in the Paris Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada.

We came here for a wedding anniversary dinner on a Saturday evening for a nice dinner, figured it was a nice place based on other reviews I read. We walked in and the place was really neat with the decor and old building feel, we were greeted and seated promptly as I had made reservations and sure glad I did. Our server was very nice and welcoming and helpful with the menu, lots of specials on menu for a Saturday night some of which we ordered. We opted for a appetizer the chorizo dip and it was good average but we enjoyed it. Next our main course my wife ordered a Mediterranean Chicken dish and she said it was good and I ordered a dry aged ribeye steak. Food came out in a timely manor but unfortunately my steak was over cooked and VERY tough our server noticed this and gladly took it and was going to have a new one prepared for me, 20 minutes later I got my new steak and the owner personally brought it out it looked delicious until I cut it open and reveal a purple almost cold center (I ordered medium) so he was very taken back by that and returned it back to the kitchen to continue to cook it, at this time my wife’s meal was getting cold and I told her to enjoy it while it’s still somewhat warm. So our server came by and I just told her to cancel my steak we had more plans that evening and we couldn’t keep pushing the timeline for our evening, so the owner returned with a steak for the third time and we had already expressed that we had to leave and explained that to him as well so needless to say I didn’t get to have any steak that evening. The owner was a standup guy obviously removed the steak from my bill and was very embarrassed about the turn of events and gave us a gift card for a future visit. Over all all the food was good service was good not as high end as I was expecting but I can see how it would be a nice evening to dine there.

I want to say the food here was absolutely amazing best food ive had in a long time the Mediterranean chicken was so amazing and the potato bombs also. The chef even came out to check on how we liked our food which we let him know how amazing it was. Now the reason for the 3 stars is the staff working there. The greeter girl that sat us at the table had a very noticeable linger of body odor and it being a small place we could hear the other 2 worker girls there talk about her and saying things that just wasnt very nice. We did not appreciate that the world does not like ugly. Instead of making fun of this younger girl and talking about her you should of pulled her to the side and tried to help her. You have no idea what might be going on in her life. For me seeing them treat their fellow younger coworker that way ruined the experience for me. So please be nice and try to help others succeed. Other than that if you want amazing food that chef there is the best around.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We suffered through the worst dining experience we’ve had in years. The food is WAY overpriced. The ounces of the steak were greatly over-stated. When we finally received our food (2 hours later) it was done wrong or overcooked. Our drink orders took 30-40 minutes for house special margaritas. They rightfully comped the meals and drinks that either didn’t come or were done wrong. However, there were many things that should’ve been done different to handle the clear mess. It wasn’t just our table. I felt bad for the waiter. He was the one positive in our experience and we tipped him as if our meals and drinks weren’t comped. He did his best.
