Glad to see that the Scratch folks are not leaving Madison. I had their Cuban sandwich on Saturday night… fantastic meal! It doesn’t come on traditional Cuban bread, but makes up for it with perfect execution on their own french roll. Really tasty offering. They moved out the pool tables too – that’s a positive and a negative.

Not bad. Had the Fish tacos special and the mango salsa was made of non-ripe mangoes. The fish in the tacos was just little nuggets and were overcooked; it was really more like deep-fried breading. My lunch companion had fish and chips though which were great.

For those who don’t love beef burgers this place had dinner options and so it got a 4. I would say the beef burger was a 3.5. Service and atmosphere were fine. A musician came in just as well were leaving soon that could have been interesting…
