Hubby had a site walk for work and I decided to join him for the day trip. Neither of us have ever eaten in Estes, and of all the restaurants pinned on Google maps, I am SO glad we chose to go to Scratch!! I have NOTHING bad to say about this place! The meats are prepared in-house, the breads are baked fresh, and the deserts are all made from scratch as well. Prices were good and there was plenty of parking in the back. From the moment we exited our vehicle, the smell won us over! The staff was very friendly despite us showing up (30) minutes before close. The ONLY thing that would make this place better is having one in Lone Tree where we live!

Wow. What can I not say about this place. First super welcoming as soon as you open the door. Three gentlemen working in there. It was like 8:40am so they offered me their breakfast menu board. Awesome variety of offerings. Went with the bacon egg, and cheese on a French roll. All innit was like $8.75. Great price for a great stuffed sandwich. Will definitely make it a point to stop by agin when visiting the park. Ty gentleman!!!

Went for takeout of breakfast as it is right next to where I stayed. The guys were very cool and efficient. They made everything from scratch as the name suggests. The roast beef breakfast sandwich on focaccia I have got is delicious! I customize it without sausage, chorizo nor cheese. It turns out very tasty and not as greasy, as compare with tuna melt ( standard not customized), which is good too but too salty for me. If you are on a lower sodium diets, you may request to reduce cheese and cured deli meats.

NOT GLUTEN FREE SAFE- unless you are just eating gluten free due to diet and have no issues with cross contamination. I was told there is no separate gluten free food preparation area& I truly appreciated the honesty!!!

We came here for lunch and had amazing sandwiches! We also had one of their sweet rolls, which was also really good. You do wait a little for your food, but it’s made to order and completely worth the wait. Don’t miss this spot for lunch! You won’t be disappointed!

We stopped by to pick up sandwiches before going into the park. This deli is amazing, the sandwiches are huge and very tasty. The loaded potato salad was also divine. The reuben sandwich shown below was fantastic! I highly recommend Scratch deli!
