The donuts were so delicious we forgot to take a photo of them! Our table enjoyed the donuts with French press. We then ordered the bagel spread for 2, smash potatoes (perfectly crispy), shakshouka, and short ribs and hash. Everyone loved every bite!

4.5 stars. The burger was great!!! The service was possibly better and the bartender made polite jokes and kept the mode great. He made a great impression I just am bad with names. The restaurant has a great vibe about it. Super wide assortment of drinks. In my mind food was bit more narrow selection. But again burger was GREAT!! I’d go back if I could.

This is worth a visit for sure, loved the eclectic vibe, very casual yet sophisticated, with their signature cocktails and very unique brunch menu. The prices were so reasonable for house made everything, hence the name, from the sauces, pickled veg, syrups for the lattes and signature specialty drinks, bread, dressings, and anything in between! I tried the Lemongrass Latte and it was a true one of a kind beverage, loved the chick pea toast with a fried egg on their own sourdough bread! The ingredients are fresh and full of clean ingredients! I noticed in the bar there were outlets and purse hooks under every seat! The booths were spacious with colorful pillows as a comfy addition and the size of the booths provided a nook with complete privacy! Food excellent, service was also excellent, environment was pleasant and super swank and clean! Oh please taste the house made hot sauce, and grab a bottle to go, your taste buds will thank you for it and, it is 10 calories per tsp!!! No sugar.

I hadn’t read the reviews before going here and am surprised to find them so middle of the road! This place is super cute, and our server was incredibly nice. We were there for Sunday brunch (they take reservations) and had lattes, a very good espresso martini, and a craft beer for beverages. The garlic aioli on the smashed potatoes is SO GOOD. We had the standard burger and the burger of the week and both were delicious, fresh, and large enough we didn’t quite finish them. I’d absolutely put this place in my Pittsburgh restaurant rotation for really solid casual meals.

We had heard great things about this place, and it did not disappoint! The dressing on the lemon goddess salad was so vibrant and tasty… perfect for preceeding the shortrib entree which was melt in your mouth delicious. We each tried several cocktails from their fun and unique cocktail list. All were excellent. Interior was cute and comfortable, service was on point. Special shout out to our server Mo who was awesome. 100% will be back

Can I give more than 5 stars for service, food, and atmosphere? I am the biggest advocate of Scratch & Co, and it makes me feel proud for Troy Hill that it exists. You can tell the menu is carefully crafted, and a lot of love goes in to making it what it is. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and overall, just cool.

Scratch & Co. is a pretty neat place. It’s located in Troy Hill so parking can be tricky. The menu is small. They do have a kids menu. I suggest browsing the menu online before going. They have a lot of vegan options.

We had a really nice time here. We ordered a bunch of share plates, all of which were delicious and innovative. We split a fish, which was really well prepared. Our cocktails were great too. A cozy, interesting atmosphere, and the staff took excellent care of us. Can’t wait to go back!

Friday specials on prepared oysters are incredible. Three varieties each week with toppings that are chosen to accentuate the oyster. We’ve gone twice for them, once for dinner and once for brunch. Good cocktail menu. Variety of wines is ok.
