The outside seating at Scratch is my favorite. I wish they had more of it. The view of all the greenery down to the Big Ditch provides a relaxing atmosphere. The young man that served us both times we’ve been was courteous & chipper. 🙂 Reserving our order was easy, and I like the simplicity and excitement of Scratch offering just one dish each week, and it changing from week to week. …and the food is very, very good. So far we’ve had their Bibimbap and Chicken Katsu with Japanese Curry. Both were cooked to perfection and delicious. For all its charms, the hard part of living in a small town for me, is a lack of variety of interesting foods. I get excited to see dishes I can’t get elsewhere in town, and since Scratch does it so well, we will keep coming back.
