The sausage, peppers, and onion pizza with hot honey was good. Sad that you could not just make a pizza from scratch and add on onions though.

A tall female employee of this restaurant was screaming insults at the top of her lungs to a young man who was working in the market. Very unprofessional, will never order from here.

Scratch has a menu that is primarily pizza although you can get things like soft pretzels or salads as well. The pizzas are about 12″ and will feed one or two people. They have standard margherita style pies as well as some more specialty options. Garlic three ways was delicious if you are a garlic fan. Service was prompt as it only took about 10 minutes for the food to come out.

Amazing pizza, beer, atmosphere and most of all, service. My favorite pizza is the Scotch Bonnet. But it’s not just the food that keeps us coming back on a weekly basis. It’s also Melissa, Clare, Penny and the others that work at Scratch who are very attentive/friendly to their customers. You can’t go wrong selecting Scratch as a place for a great experience.

Had we known these 11″ personal pizzas were $15 each we probably would not have ordered, perhaps that’s why prices are not listed on the blackboard menu overhead. same goes for the 10oz watery lemonades that were another $4+ each…while I appreciate that they supposedly source everything “locally”(obviously not lemons) this certainly was not a $40 value and not what we expected to spend on a quick lunch..as you can see the ingredients are minimal and clustered towards the center too, they left like 3 inches of bare crust all around, it was excessively dry, undercooked dough, bland and pool of oil in middle… The public market space is very trendy/yuppified so I understand their rent is probably outrageous and didn’t expect a very cheap meal per say, were this an amazing meal we’d have been happy treating ourselves and may go again occasionally as we do eat there semi regularly , sadly it very much wasn’t and we definitely wont…

This place is Holy grail of pizza, if my belly was bigger I’d eat more. It came out in a timely fashion, flavored to perfection with a delicious crispy crust. My homeboy and I had the brunch pizza, who doesn’t love eggs on pizza?! Santanists that’s who. The staff was super friendly and had a great wealth of knowledge about their beers on tap. 10/10 would come back.

Terrific thin crust pizza. The garlic 3 way is the one I chose first and get every time. Sadly, they no longer make ginger ale on the bar, that was fantastic. Beer selection is good.

Crafts beer and pizzas in a walkable downtown Easton location. Can’t complain! Pizzas always smell wonderful and taste great. Beers come from partnered local breweries (Shawnee, I think) and seem to rotate with the season. Would definitely visit with a small group!
