This is the second time I’ve been to Scramblers the first time bad service ordering out the girl got upset because we had gave her $100 bill. When I went to Scrambler’s yesterday we ate in the waitress complained the whole day talking about how bad the whole day had been and kept saying I can’t wait till today is over oh what a day is all she did gave me heartburn then when she brings my food out she literally threw my food which was the pancakes were they slid in the butter fell off of the pancakes and the pancake shifted but went back on the plate. In my mind I’m thinking she’s going to come and clean up the butter that she knocked on the table no she did not she brought me some napkins and was like wiped that up these are the most ignorant dragging-footed people. When I met the black girl with the $100 issue I just figured she was one ignorant person that they had working there but now I see the attitude is through the whole store because you get two people with bad attitudes so they are a bunch of miserable people working making the customers miserable by listening to their complaining and murmuring I still left her a tip. My pancakes were kind of burnt on the other side I didn’t even eat most of them I took it out to take home and feed to the dog and my appetite had been cured by the time I listen to all her complaining and the way she treated me yesterday didn’t even clean up and even when she came and picked our plates up she dropped the napkins all over on the table next to me that had two women sitting at it and didn’t even come back and pick that up I picked it up this was very sad and this generation has no customer service.

We’re long time patrons of Scramblers. We came in this morning for a birthday breakfast and had Molly, who is the most kind, funny, and above and beyond waitress we’ve ever had! Her service was stellar and she was willing to take charge and be double sat to help clear the wait list. She was prompt and helpful, and definitely made our usual visit somehow better than normal! I was very impressed with the food. I was not expecting the large portions either. I was very pleased with the food and yes I will come back. As you notice with the other reviews, the service was ‘meh.’…that is the only drawback so far.

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves and came in to your establishment for the first time. We got eggs Benedict and biscuits and gravey with coffee. I couldn’t cut through the paper thin ham, and the potatoes that were overcooked and cold! My husband’s biscuits and gravy just had a smere of gravy on it. Our bill came to $33.78. Our server was not on her game either. She never ask if we were ok or if we needed anything. We won’t be back!
