Arrived around 12:20. Spent about $10 per person, but didn’t get full meals. Took over 40 minutes to get 2 burgers, 2 sandwich baskets and 4 drinks. Thought we ordered all 4 meals as baskets- but apparently burgers don’t come in a basket and charge extra for fries. We asked as I payed and was ignored as I was handed change for cash- at that point I said I’m not waiting an hour for two orders of fries. We ate and left. Won’t go back since I wasn’t impressed. Kid said the Chicken fried steak sandwich was extremely dry. Burgers tasted like sonic to me. Didn’t like the fries which were barely cooked.

Old fashioned drive in appeal! Huge, delicious servings and really reasonably priced! Plus the guy who delivered it to our car had a smile and was friendly (you don’t always get a smile and a friendly word from folks nowadays) but this was very nice and we will be going back definitely to try the burgers.

Very disappointed to try this place after so many years. Looks tidy, clean, cooks wearing white shirt jackets and white chef hats… Burgers came out quick- too quick (which I wasn’t expecting since cooked fresh) and hot

This was my 1st and last visit. My husband and I decided to give this place a try for lunch. We waited over a half hour, eating into most his lunch break, for our order only for my chicken tenders and fries to come our burned. I was disappointed. I bet the chicken and fries would’ve been good if they weren’t burned. I didn’t complain because we had to leave, so my husband could get back to work. He wasn’t really impressed with his burger either after hearing about how great the burgers are here. I understand it takes a while to cook to order, so I’d order in advance if on a time crunch.

I ordered a cheeseburger with jalapeños and it was so good I wished I had ordered two. The outside of the burger had that little crisp of a smash burger but it was not dried out. The tater tots were hot and crispy, just perfect. The atmosphere is nostalgic to a time even before me but I loved it.

Really mmmaazing burgers! This is a retro diner with a long history of flavor. Despite being in a very old building, the kitchen is ridiculously clean. You can tell that this place is well taken care of by people who take pride in their work.
