We ate here for the first time since the change in ownership. My Mom, Aunt and I had lunch. My Mom had a hot roast beef sandwich, my aunt had a BLT and French fries and I had a coffee and an order of fries. The French fries weren’t hot…they were hard but not hot and that made me think they sat in the hot pass awhile. When the coffee was brought to me, it was hot except the ceramic container that the packages of cream was in had crumbs in it. This gave me a feeling that they weren’t as clean in the restaurant. Also, I asked for another cup and it came out lukewarm. The last cup of coffee was hot, but I didn’t get to really enjoy it as it was towards the end of my Mom’s and Aunt’s meals. The waitress seemed extremely busy and I had to stop her to ask for another cup of coffee. She forgot to bring me a takeaway container for my French fries and she never asked my Mom or Aunt how our meal was or what it tasted like. The walls were freshly painted a nice green. It is hard to get out of this parking lot. It was also extremely busy at lunch time with what appeared like one waitress for the entire restaurant.

What a disappointment this was. I was eager to have a quick bite with my kids. 40 minutes after placing our order I asked them to change it to a to-go order because I had to pick up my wife. As I watched the staff start looking for a ticket I realized they never started cooking it. They came back to say it was being put on the griddle. I cancelled the order and walked out hungry. In the 45 minutes we were there, the staff never once checked on us. My first clue of a problem should have been when my son kept saying other tables who came in after us were getting food. I should have listened.

Totally bummed with this place. I ordered a Turkey Ruben and was a bit surprised that it didn’t come with fries. I had my two daughter with me one ordered Mac -n- Cheese and it was so bland and had a “fuzzy” in it. Zero flavor. My other daughter ordered chicken tenders and fries. The portion was SO small! Two nuggets and about 20 fries. Also, the water taste nasty! We waited about 25 mins. for our food as well.

Definitely will be back! Love the fact you all put a whole piece of lettuce on the burgers, Starlite doesn’t do it anymore, they switched to shredded, it’s not the same. Everything we ordered was delicious! We’ll be back for breakfast next time.

Waited for 10 minutes waitress looked at us several times never came to our table another couple came in sat down she then looked at us again grabbed menus and silver wear and went to them first i no that waitresses have certain tables but we never did see another waitress and she was also waiting on other tables that were already there before us

I recently came to scottis for lunch and was really surprised by the service and food pSharon and Michelle were the waitstaff and sandy and Jenni was the cooks I ordered an antipasto salad which was humongous it was crisp and fresh and loaded with ingredients I also ordered a gyro and and it was made beautifuly it was actually one of the best gyros I have had I was really surprised by the atmosphere and and the pleasantness of the staff I was really pleased by the experience and will definitely be coming back again
