The Ash st McDonald’s has made a turn for the absolute worst. They pull EVERYONE EVERYTIME and that means that when they hand u the bag they can run away before u say oh this isn’t mine or half of this is missing or why is there clearly no espresso in my macchiato. Come on u really couldn’t tell my coffee had no coffee in it I mean zero like not even a little. I refuse to go back to this location and if I do end up back here I will not pull forward yep that’s right call me Karen go ahead you’ve brought this on yourselves.

Poor service, food not correct. Manager hung up on me and said I was rude, which I was not rude at all. Called main office to voice my concerns and they said that they would address the situation with the manager and would send me coupons to help with problem. I waited several weeks and NO coupons. So I contacted them again and they once again apologized and said they would send coupons. That was over a week ago nothing. I doubt that anything was said to the manager either. Poor poor customer service.

For the love of all that’s holy, STOP PULLING PEOPLE FORWARD SO YOU CAN FAKE YOUR NUMBERS!!! I wish corporate McDonald’s would do something about these companies who have eight cars pulled forward because they’re trying to hit some number that doesn’t exist!!!

Scott’s family McDonald’s does not value workers personal lives. It doesn’t matter if someone is sick or dying. You gotta be at work. I will continue to tell everyone I know never to go to another Scott’s family McDonald’s. They don’t care about employees at all. They just work them like slaves. I’ve even reached out to corporate to try and get something done about this and never heard back. Wonder why?

I don’t understand why the Greenville stores can’t offer indoor dining and yet Sidney,Tipp City and Troy can. All part of the Scott Family Restaurants. May need to look into new management at those locations. Times are tough but good managers are inventive and get the job done.

The worst service and worst food I ever got at Sidney restaurant. I would not recommend going there. They got order wrong then it was cold and half order missing. They need some management in that restaurant.

I applied for a management position which I’m more than qualified for. While waiting for my the recruiter to finish or her end 2 weeks go by and after not completing her tasks she then offers a crew position at almost half the pay we discussed…. one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had in my entire working career

Bellefontaine north, kid at the front sneezed all over the register while taking our order, then proceeded to wipe his nose with his arm. Glad he was not serving food, but wonder how bad are those who are. Why are the dining rooms not open? Burger King and Arby’s both have open dining rooms in Bellefontaine. I go to those places way more often since your dining rooms are not open.
