I’m not sure if my experience is going to help others. I went there thinking that this was a barbecue joint. It’s really more of a brewery that happens to have some barbecue. The food was fine, but looked much more substantial and inviting in pictures. I got a tray with a little bit of meat and some dry cornbread. The meat was good, but not as juicy as I would expect. The sauce was understated in a pleasant way (too many places like this have aggressively overstated sauces).
