This place used to be so good but recently it had just dropped drastically. The drinks are made too quickly, chunks of ice at the bottom, less tasteful. They ask you if you want whipped cream but then give you without. All the delicious drizzles that should be added are no longer. Too bad this is the only one close. Coffee is good when properly made. Likely will stop going here and find a new daily coffee stop.

I’m surprised that this location is not that busy!! I was excited to see we had one here in az after finding one in TN last week. The ladies at this location are amazing. We chatted a bit about the ap and how Scooters Coffee tasted much better than the bigger brand named coffee shops. Even better on my tummy as well!

The gentleman on the speaker at the drive-thru was very nice and helpful. However, when I went to get my drink , the girl handed it to me and I asked if it was decaf. She didn’t even check with the barista’s inside and said yes. I said, “Are you sure and she firmly said yes. Unfortunately, I’m unable to have caffeine but I love my coffee, so I have to have decaf. Within 10 mins of drinking my drink, I became ill. Anxiety is flowing through me like crazy and my heart rate is high. Now, I’ll be sick for the rest of the day and can’t drink my $7 drink. I guess I’ll stick to my Starbucks location who knows I need decaf. Disappointed in the girl, not double-checking for me and just assuming.

I have been searching for the best cinnamon roll that AZ has to offer for 5 years and found it here! Four stars because I tried a drink and it was okay.

My first time trying Scooter’s, and I got a free drink as well! They also have sugar-free caramel for their coffee drinks, which is my favorite flavoring! A well known competitor that I frequent daily, they do not have sugar-free caramel, and that’s a plus in my book! The Barista at the speaker was very pleasant and cordial. She did not try to rush me since that was my first time browsing the menu. She was also very sweet at the drive-thru window. My drink was great, and I didn’t try anything else, but their menu looked fantastic. I will definitely be back because of their service, and their sugar-free drinks they have to offer! Some of their drink flavors were ‘Turtle Latte, Candy Bar Latte, Toffee Nut Caramelicious, Love Potion.’ Just to name a few! There is definitely something here for everyone!

Delicious coffee. I ordered the mocha blended. Perfect amount of cream, chocolate flavor, and espresso. Then we ordered a iced Carmel drink. We asked for light ice and let’s just say they don’t know what the word light means. However my wife was extremely happy with the flavors. Now the reasons why I’m giving it a three star is because the guys personality was about as good as a rock. I’m not into insults but no joke..it was bad. He told me to have a good day and almost forgot our second drink. I love the taste but when it comes to customer service it was a big disappointment. I’ll try again in a few weeks and see if it changes there with their staff. First time coming to try it today. Bit of a let down.
