Customer service was good. They didn’t leave room for the opportunity to put creamer/milk in my coffee like I had asked though. The woman who helped me greeted me and helped me right away which was nice because I was in a rush to get to work. I was disappointed though due to them not having a light roast as that is my favorite. I enjoy the convenience of the location and how fast they get you the cup you so desperately need to make it through your morning. I feel like they could be better at listening to what the customers’ needs are though instead of just being in a rush to get to the next person. There is a way to provide excellent and fast customer service to everyone that walks through the door.

Love Scooters and the environment in each of their locations. This south location is a bit smaller than some and usually a nice, quiet spot to get some work done. On this particular occasion, we visited on a busy Saturday morning and there were some errors made on a few orders, including my own; however, this isn’t typical of my visits here in the past and won’t affect the likelihood of returning!
