If I could give this location zero stars I would. Months ago I drove through and was over charged a buck for my normal order. I let it go and hadn’t been back until today. This time I can’t even receive my correct order. You’d think placing your order face-to-face would yield better accuracy but no. The lines are ridiculously long making goin b for a correction a headache.

Kashkol Channel
We just ordered 3 coffees and it came without whipping cream on top. Just ice and coffee that doesn’t even have flavor in it. Also we ordered iced mango and you can barely test the mango flavor. The only thing that has little bit of flavor was strawberry smoothie. Employees who are working there they have no knowledge of the work. It was bad experience. It look like we paid for icing water not coffee.

My kids were super stoked to go this morning…..only to be disappointed. There was 1 person working at 7am. Very slow! They didn’t have bananas so they couldn’t make a strawberry banana. Ok strawberry is fine can you add whip? “Our milk man brought us expired whip cream”

Folks closing this store tonight closed it early. Sign said open til 8. I guess that means 8 o’clock or when they decide to close the drawer before 8 o’clock. Not great service. I’m not impressed with shortcuts at the expense of the customer so someone can jam out early.

I payed for two drinks then they told me that they had no ice? And I could only get one drink. Once I asked for a refund they said they had ice and can make my drink. Then made my drink completely wrong. I will not be coming back!

First time here and will never come back, traveled from out of state and was told about this place. Downloaded the app to do an order ahead of time. When I arrived the place was closed no one in the little shack. Waited for 30 mins and nothing. Ended up going down the street to Dunkin where I got what I wanted and was treated with the best customer service I have ever had even when they didn’t have the bread for the sandwich I ordered. Was on my way back to my family’s house when I noticed scooters coffee had the light all on, decided to stop in to see about refund was told all the stuff was deleted and should not be charged. I didn’t like that answer as there is no way to even know about a refund beging processed that only tells me you deleted the order. Abby was explaining stuff to me and when I asked for a number to corporate or office I was told to use app. She tried to say it was closed do to a shift change and that’s something I could understand but I also think if that was the case why not leave a sign or note stating that so when someone like me that orders on the app knows to come back. Abby was very rude after I pointed that out. Not sure if it was stress but she told me we need to move this along and closed the window on me. This is not the way to treat customers especially first time customers. I have been in customer service nearly 10 years there are right ways to handle situations….. Abby does not possess the knowledge to do so.

The drinks were good the sandwiches were destroyed and missing top buns. We accidentally handed them the wrong card at first and it got declined. We then handed them our second card and they said it was all good and paid for. We’re still getting notifications of scooters trying to charge us. Repeatedly. We have to go through our bank to dispute this charge to even get it dropped. My husband and I have tried calling the store to talk to anyone at this point and the phone does not work. I’m honestly tired of these scooters franchises popping up everywhere (I know this one’s been here for a bit) and it being 50/50 if they’re going to be good or not.
