Okay I know they close at 9. That is why when I pulled up to the drive thru 2 min before 9 I asked if they would still take an order. The lady said yes. It was my 2 daughters and myself. I ordered 2 drinks and she proceeds to tell me I pulled up right before closing and since I am ordering more than one drink and she wants to go home she was not gonna take my order. I’m just upset because she could have just said no when I pulled up and I would have understood. But then to just say never mind its too much. Not happy at all. I was not ordering anything crazy or extra. Just 3 of their regular drinks. She could have been having a bad bay but my daughter was having a bad day and was very excited when she told us yes she would take our order and then to say no sorry too much.

Service was okay but my drink was nasty I ordered a small iced coffee with extra caramel drizzle and white chocolate mocha I got a drink that tasted like straight water with caramel sauce it was nasty. I didn’t want to go back and say something because I felt bad so I’m just leaving a review.

They have better pumpkin drinks than Starbucks in my opinion. Although I like Starbucks cold foam toppimg more. I think they use pumpkin egg nog for the cold foam, so id recommend that

Great beverages. Always a friendly smile and positive interactions with whomever is working the drive thru window. The people who work here generally seem to enjoy their jobs, which is not always the case with jobs in the service industry these days.

Let me tell you the truth, I literally love this scooters. I’m not always able to go to this one just because I’m rushing to get my son to school. This Staff of beautiful people, they are the best.
