We’ve been brewing up delicious coffee, espresso blenders, smoothies and pastries since 1998. Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. Came here a couple nights ago when I was shopping and the lady at the counter was just unnecessarily rude, apparently it was almost close which the hours said otherwise and when I was leaving still seemed open but she still complained very loudly while there was 3 others. And when I got my drink the amount of pumpkin spice that was in it was ridiculous, I just threw it away cause it burned my throat to even drink it. I get we all have bad days but that’s just ridiculous, no reason why you should intentionally ruin a drink because someone came in apparently like 15 minutes before close.

First time in Scooters at Village Pointe in West Omaha…had an iced latte and friend had Carmel latte which was too sweet so they made him a new one free of charge and told us they will always remake your drink if it’s not right for free…Good Deal!clean and comfortable. they have a faux fireplace which hadn’t been turned on yet….big moving wooden table so you could set your coffee on it and put your feet on the bottom. looks like a tree stump…anyway stop by and enjoy the atmosphere with a nice drink.

I liked the caramel coffee drink. I would recommend increasing the temperature though. 110 degrees is still just a warm drink that I could have just drank down like a cold glass of milk. Coffee should be hot. The nice thing is they willingly made another for us and it was much better, but hotter would be best.

Wonderful coffee, great service, relaxing atmosphere. I stopped for coffee while traveling through town but was caught in a very hard downfall of rain in which visibility disappeared. So I got my coffee and sat down in store to read while I waited for weather conditions to improve. Before I left, I got a coffee to go and continued my drive. Enjoyed the music in the store.

The quality of the drinks were ok. Thanks for that. The service? I understand it’s 520pm and they want to hurry up and leave by 6pm, but the service was disappointing. The girl was more worried about cleaning and closing down than to take my order. So I waited until she decided to get close to the register. Not a single word of politeness or costumer service. For the area, I’d expect more of a upscale service. Guess I’ll stick to downtown Omaha. Thumbs down.

The baristas who were on staff this evening were very friendly, quick, and were on top of it. There was a crowd of about 15 middle schoolers that walked through the door all at once. They handled each transaction quickly and professionally and they pounded out their drinks. Nice job guys ☕
