I went to college in Sedalia, and when I went to college I had good experiences. However, lately the worker’s seem very rude whenever you ask questions or try to order. The coffee is good, but customer service goes along way.

This is the worst scooter joint ever. I have never had bad experiences from any other scooters except from this place (Sedalia). It just sucks that starbucks closes too early and have to choose this place for a cup of coffee but dang they always freaking get my order wrong. Either they lack of proper training or just do not care about their customers’ requests.

Attitude is great! It’s just that they NEVER get your order right. They take your order like there’s 10 cars behind you. They’re such in a hurry. I always order my coffee with one or two shots extra. I get charged for them but never actually receive them, it’s been like this for the past two years. At this poiny I’m seriously planning on filing a complaint to the attorney general.

This is a pretty easy stop just off the main drag if you’re passing through Sedalia on Hwy 50. For a Friday afternoon, this coffee drive-thru was hoppin’! The line moved fairly quickly. My go-to at Scooter’s is the brewed coffee flavor of the day, but the barista said they stopped brewing it at noon. Opted for the cold brew instead, a solid standby, and it fueled me onward down the road. (Pro tip: If you want to avoid congestion at the Walmart intersection, use an intersection to the west and take the parallel side street to go east to Scooter’s).

Friendly staff. But everytime I come the bacon is never fully cooked, I have to go home to cook it fully & they only give 1 piece of bacon. No wonder why they don’t get alot of customers.
