Had a great experience here. We were traveling through, and Google said there were no Dunkins for hours around, so we settled on trying Scooter’s. Glad we did, my wife told worker the types of drinks we like and they were able to come up with something that worked well. Would definitely recommend and go back if we are ever near another one. Hard to give 5/5 with such little interaction, but I couldn’t have asked for more for what we were looking for.

I enjoy the scooters in town but this one leaves a lot to be desired. Very impatient and rude staff who will get snippy with you for taking too long to order. They will also hand you your drink with it spilled on the lid and down the side then act surprised when you ask for napkins.

I was passing through town and needed to stop for a brief meeting. I have to say I’m disappointed. Food is amazing as always but.. Very passive-aggressive, mean girl energy from the female workers here. Went to order and she just stared at me. I had to break the silence with an awkward hi and a smile. She still didnt say anything. Felt like me and my brother were being singled out, as they were overly nice to everyone else. On their phones and just standing there glaring at us and complaining about something. Not really sure what the problem was, but everytime i looked up one of them was glaring directly at me like i just committed a felony. The one male worker was very kind and seemed to be the only one moving around. The poorest service I have ever encountered at a scooters. I saw another review posted about the workers treating customers poorly and mocking them, so not entirely surprised. I have worked at restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, boba shops from high school until the end of college. There is no reason for this behavior. Y’all can do better. I will stick to coffee shops with workers who have human decency.

The batistas here are always incredibly kind. I love how they are always willing to help and suggest! Did not catch the name of the guy at the drive thru window this morning but he kindly helped me figure out my scooters app and had lots of enthusiasm about their new fall menu! I hope yall have an incredible day and check out this scooters location in town!

I observed and witnessed employees mocking a polite customer behind his back that was in front of me in line, which was disturbing, for he had done nothing to warrant such behavior. He explained, that he no longer goes to Starbucks because of Starbucks woke policies, and asked Scooter’s employees, to explain which drink was most like a Carmel Machiatto because he wanted to start giving his daily business to Scooters instead. After making a purchase, while he was at the counter where the straws were, several employees had gathered in a sort of knitting circle to gossip about him, and looked in his direction and were mocking him in exaggerated facial gestures and arm movements, equivalent to children sticking their tongues out giving the finger, until he looked up and they abruptly stopped so he wouldn’t see what they were doing, for which I was appalled, but not surprised, because I frequently see the ladies behind the counter act unprofessionally in this manner. It appears from my patronage for several months, there are no men working there and the women treat the men in a manner that is frowned upon, if men do it to women. It’s nice to see the liberal double standard alive and well at Scooters. I met the man in the parking lot and told him what they did behind his back and he said he saw it. We both agreed, to take our business to Black Hills Coffee or elsewhere.

Scooter’s is one of my favorite coffee shops in Rapid since I enjoy coffee on the sweeter side. Also, the staff there are fantastic! I didn’t quite have the change for my order today and the barista paid for part of it. (Wish I caught her name). That was so unexpectedly kind. She didn’t have to do that. I also asked Allison, the manager, to look over my cover letter. She gave me great notes and was so encouraging. Again, she didn’t have to do that. She’s busy too but took time out to help me. The staff was just above and beyond today.

Hot Caramelicious made breve was cold, cup was cold to the touch. Called and spoke to Bree and was told they would remake it standard and if it was still too cold they would steam the milk extra hot. I explained that the cup was cold to the touch like it wasn’t steamed at all so it wasn’t that I needed it extra hot, it’s just hot drinks should be hot. She hung up on me. I’d say Miss Bree needs a little attitude adjustment!

No matter the location, no matter the time of year, Scooter’s always comes through in such a big way. The Carmelicious is my favorite drink and it seems to get better with each one that I order. The staff is always courteous, attentive, and vivacious. The energy exemplified by the staff matches that of the punch that the coffee delivers. Though they tend to be a bit more expensive than much of the competition, the quality of the products offered are well worth the elevated prices. Not only does the coffee make each experience enjoyable, the staff truly round out the overall atmosphere and enjoyment factor.
