Just before one I roll in and I need a black coffee. I don’t like the dark roast that they suggested to me in response. I asked for a medium roast and he kept telling me that it would take 10 plus minutes but they can do it but continued giving excuses as to why it’s going to take so long to do it. I asked for the manager and the person that was taking my order was apparently the assistant manager. Last time I came through here and I asked for a large coffee I was given a flavored coffee I never wanted and I had to toss. I never called back and I never asked for a refund. Now this time that I come through your manager is the one that is refusing to give the service requested by the guest. Not only that expending my time to tell me his excuses and reasons as to why he shouldn’t or can’t make it. That’s truly appalling

When I went to pay, I gave her my card and said” Oh, hold on I have the app. She ignored me scanned my card and would not scan my app.When I asked her to scan my app, she ignored me again. So I sat there. She finally looked my way and said I can’t scan that. And was done talking to me. I love the Scooters on 16th. I guess I will keep going there.

They can’t seem to get my order right. Today even the wrong size. I even repeat it back and they still mess up. Then I try to call the store and they must have the phone off the hook cause I can’t get through for over an hour.

I am so disappointed in the workers & the drinks, the quality of the drinks specifically. I think there has been a change in management and it clearly shows. This is the second time I’ve gone my drink was made wrong. The first time I went, I ordered a white Twix breve & a pumpkin caramelicious muffin & I got handed a drink that didn’t taste like white Twix and they charged me for another drink (pumpkin caramelicious) & I told them I did not order that and they handed me the muffin, I didn’t have time to complain about the price change and knew that they were probably busy. I went back today and ordered a white Twix blender. It again, doesn’t taste like white Twix. I know how it is made as I worked there in the past and I order that drink every time I go, so I’m very familiar with its taste. I am so so so disappointed & I will not go to this location ever again because of this. I have already told my family and friends that I haven’t had good experiences ever since management has changed. I never complain, but I felt that I needed to.
