Usually I have no problem with scooters. However, my first problem came when I asked the lady at the window for “some napkins” with my coffee and she gave me a singular napkin- no I’m not joking. My second problem then arose when I opened my hot coffee to let it cool off once I had driven away. Upon opening my cup, I was shocked to find that it was barely halfway full, despite me not even taking a drink out of it yet. 7$ for a medium coffee that is barely half full, how pathetic.

Okay it is a bad cup of coffee. Definitely not ever going to this place again! The coffee tasted like it came out of a gas station machine that has never been cleaned! On a good note the employees are excellent.

Tastes good but two times now I’ve paid for a medium Latte, the cup is not full. It was almost 2″ short. For what they charge for a coffee there, I expect it to be full. I don’t appreciate feeling like I’m being ripped off. Last time I spoke up. I’d suggest others be checking your cups before driving away.

My go to for quick drive thru coffee location. Fast friendly service and helpers. Good choices that change with each month and lots of constant choices. Warm goodies are usually very good. I will sometimes get the everything bagel which is my favorite for food, and a cookie is a must. Download the app for fast convenient payment, it is worth it.

Love the selection’s and the flavors are great, but this location is the only one that I have issues. Wrong drinks, items not prepared properly, slow service… All of the other locations, I do not have an issue. The Spirit Lake store, there is a problem every time. I might as well save my money and go to get something at Casey’s.

The staff is always super nice and I generally like going, my only suggestion would be that they do better about reading back orders. I’ve had some drink mistakes that I feel like could be prevented more if they were reading back orders. I think part of this is due to high volumes of people and them trying to take orders while trying to hand out order at the same time. Full focus isn’t there.

This location has a few employees who honestly seem to enjoy their job. They are willing to craft your coffee to your taste. I have had great coffees from these workers. I have also had bad service with mediocre drinks from this same location. If you could weed out the bad employees this would be a great location.
