I go several times a week to get a blended w/ no whip and 8 outta 10 times they’ll put whip on it. I ask them to fix it and they’ll just scoop it off and hand it back with 1/4 of my drink gone as well. Getting fed up, today they did that and I handed it back and asked them to remake it plz. Thinking to myself, Im paying almost $8 for a drink it’s not too much to ask for a full drink made right. Man did I get the eye rolls from one of the workers.

Just came from Scooters about 430 pm on Saturday in Boone I got the birthday cake latte absolutely horrible. I am starting to think it depends on who is working if you will get a good latte!!! This tastes like amaretto liquer nothing like birthday cake at all!!!

New to town and decided to try Scooter’s. I’m normally a Starbucks fan but didn’t want to walk through a grocery store to go get it. I got a blended moca and a ham breakfast sandwich. The drink was pretty good and I was pleased with the flavor and strength of the coffee. The sandwich was less than favorable but I’m not 100% sure what I was expecting. This will not stop me from going again though. The staff member that took my order was incredibly sweet and patient with me as I had absolutely no idea what I wanted or how to order a drink here as I’m not used to the menu. She made my experience the best! I wish I could have caught her name to give her some credit.

I stop here way more than I’m willing to admit and the staff is 5 stars. They’re friendly even when it’s the morning rush and it’d be easy to skip being nice. My order is always right. My dog also gives them 5 stars. They’ve made her a real scooters diva.

Things have completely improved here. I’ve been going twice a day 3x this week and everyone has been friendly and helpful. Coffee has improved. I dont eat many items here so can’t say anything about that, but the staff are back to their friendly self. Kudos. I always tip and appreciate the conversation that I have each time.
