Overall dirty and poorly kept. The ladies bathroom had about 5 toilet stalls marked “out of order” and covered with garbage bags. About 5 additional should have been out of service due to filth. There were actually bugs crawling on the floors/ walls/ toilets. No paper towels- just amazing that with all the tolls collected to use this Highway system this is the level of service provided.

I use to be the inspector here from the New York State thruway. The owner of this restaurant is outrageous! I never met anyone who treated their employees so badly! The owners manager/girlfriend Rebecca treated people just as poorly as the owner. On top of that she smelled like a walking ash tray. This is one place I would NOT recommend. The restaurant I hear is now closed and will be under new management which should be much better. His other store is in Little Falls I would stay away from that one also! Rich (the owner) you should be ashamed of yourself!!
