Two stars only because manager made effort. Three trips. First one wrong order. Second kids meal missing drink and my order had a regular bun. Asked for gluten free. Luckily I noticed. Third trip made right but not even an apology. Be awhile before go back. Very disappointing.

Schlotzsky’s is a nice alternative to other national chain sandwich shops. This location is conveniently located next to one of the larger grocery stores in farmington. I really like the unique take on round sandwiches instead of defaulting to copying the sub sandwich format. Be warned that the large is monstrous in size! This location does a lot of drive-through business currently but we chose to dine in. The dining room is small but the staff did a good job with service. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

I love this franchise but this location never listens. I hate olives but my food always comes with olives. The staff makes an excuse that they can’t hear me – I’m not a soft speaker. I waited at the voice box 10 min after opening… I pulled up to the window and they were all just hanging out. They didn’t even say sorry – the staff blamed me. I probably won’t come here any more. Word of mouth also I’ll tell people not to come here.

Delicious food, my favorite is their veggies with extra ranch. I know…it sounds crazy but that sandwich is delicious and it’s even better on day two of you get the giant size. Had their tomato soup and grilled cheese yesterday as my post surgery meal again delicious!

Schlotzsky’s is a good place to go for “quick” bite. Their food is wonderful and staff is pleasant to deal with. However my lastest experience was not the best. I ordered soup and ended up waiting far longer than it should have taken for the order to be fulfilled. The young man did seem to be a new employee. I would recommend this place for a good cup of soup.
