Surprised this chain was as good as it was. Their sour dough bread looked good but I had the pick 2 instead (helps for indecisive people like myself). So, I had half chicken California avocado flatbread and half original sandwich. I was with two others, all of our first times and said to each other “all the food we had tonight was pretty good. Approved”

First time at a Schlotzsky’s and it did not disappoint. Huge selection and the kids loved their pizza meals. We came around 11am and there were no lines inside.

So I love Schlotzskys but this location is the worst. Rude lazy staff and they mess up my order every time. I’ve given them several chances because they’re close by but now I’m done. Not once has my order been right. One time the guy at the window started yelling at me when I asked him if he could hand me my order that had been just sitting there for a few minutes. I’m watching as everyone inside is just messing around with each other and not paying any attention to customers. Today was my last visit. Walked inside, because the drive through line wrapped around the building, and discovered only one person was making sandwiches while the rest “supervised”. No one was at the counter to take my order. Finally got someone’s attention and she looks at me then turns right back around. Guess they no longer need my business.

We came here over the weekend and used their drive through. The service was friendly and fast. My husband ordered the Turkey bacon club sandwich meal and I ordered the avocado turkey sandwich meal, both came with a drink and a bag of chips. The bread and sandwiches were both good. The deli meat they used wasn’t my favorite but that is just my personal preference. My husband enjoyed his sandwich. And, of course, we got some Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, which are my favorite. They gave them to us warm and they were very delicious.

The overall atmosphere was good. Minor things could be improved, the smell of the restaurant was a bit weird and customer service was lacking. However our food was good and came out quickly. A major plus was that both kiddos were able to order exactly what they wanted and it came out as expected, so we will patron again.

The food was surprisingly good for a fast food restaurant. It was my first time at this chain and I was more than stuffed, if anything the portions are too big. The food was delicious and there was a lot. The wait sucked though I probably spent 15 minutes just sitting in the drive-thru.

I had lunch at this location yesterday and it was not a good experience. They forgot to put in my sandwich order, so while on my lunch break I had to wait, AND i asked for wheat bread and was given white bread. Other than that Schlotzsky’s is good no matter how mucked up the service is, but I wasn’t happy and I probably won’t be back.

Long, LONG wait for food — at 9PM, by the way, when I was the only customer in the building! “Calzone” is just a round piece of bread folded in half over the smallest amount of ingredients you can imagine.

Lucas was absolutely amazing when he helped my wife and I. Very professional, polite, and served with a smile. That went a long way for us. His manager needs to help develop him into Schlotzskys leadership or give him a raise.
