It’s always something with this place. Options available online that aren’t actually available, from 2 tops buns and 2 bottom buns mixed up on your sandwiches, added extras never added, dirty dining room and staff never attendant. I really like schlotzkys but this place makes me want to go elsewhere. With not many options out here, we’d love to enjoy it. Do better please!

The food and everything was good and the service was fast, but I don’t like that they’re asking for tips at the drive-thru now. It felt awkward because I wasn’t expecting it and I felt like I was totally put on the spot. It’s a fast food place… They aren’t waiters. They make a fair wage for their industry… and if they don’t, then their employer should pay them more.

This location was quiet and not busy at the time of our visit. We were promptly greeted on arrival. There were several patrons inside, but not terribly busy. All the tables and floors were clean and presentable. Our cashier was pleasant and made sure our order was correct. Food was made perfect and arrived in a short amount of time. Overall, a pleasant visit. We will return here again, I am sure.

There was nothing wrong with the service person. In fact, the hostess was very sweet and professional. However, the wait was about twice as long as expected. But I like the food there, so I doubt if this wait will impede my future visits!!

Our experience here was the worst. Not only did they forget our friends bacon, but they also put the wrong sauce on my husbands and put meat on the salad that I made clear “no meat.” So, all 3 orders had to be sent back. When everything came back, our friend and my husbands sandwiches both looked totally disheveled, and my salad was extremely thin. The apples they put on my salad also had brown spots. This was the worst experience, especially at $15.00 a sandwich and almost $10.00 a salad. We certainly will not be going back.

This is the first time I’ve been here in a few year. I ordered the chicken jalapeno pizza and it tasted as good as before. However, the middle of the pizza wasn’t hot, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The pizza dough was thicker than before so I wasn’t a big of that. I gave it 4 stars because of the taste. It was just like I remembered.

My daughter went through the drive thru & ordered me a cinnamon roll & this is what they gave her. Of course her being a teenager did not check the order before she left or got a receipt but this is beyond ridiculous that they really thought it was ok serving this to anyone.

Worst experience, horrible service, no ice in the machine and took forever to make a sandwich when it wasn’t even busy. Sandwich was cold and not made right. Sandwich also tasted like cardboard. The workers weren’t very friendly. Need better staff that’s willing to please their customers needs and wants. Will not be going back to this location.

Sadly they’ve fallen into the abhorrent practice of asking for a tip for counter service. Food was good, but I refuse to patronize a place that solicits customers for handouts to compensate their employees. This practice is vile and I refuse to return because of it.

First time here, pretty sure it won’t be the last. Went through the drive thru window. Friendly greeting. And on Wednesday order 1 pizza get 1 free. The one with the jalapeño. Get it it was crazy good. And the regular original was good too heavy on the mustard but still very fresh and great tasting. And I had the chicken cheesy sandwich, it was bigger than I expected and so good. By the time I thought to get a oic it was almost gone.
