Came in on Wednesday to eat and get their BOGO Wednesday pizza special. The cashier and lady in the kitchen were the absolute sweetest, even though they were closing in 30 minutes (which I didn’t realize until after I sat down to fill this review out). I highly suggest visiting this location (Humble, Tx) whenever possible. If I lived here, I’d frequent this location every week. Clean restaurant, great food served fresh and hot, and great customer service!

I really like slotsky I ordered the French dip it was made correcthe meat was tender I’d like to order their pizzas but I’ve never seen one I have a slap bread and a regular crust 1 day I guess I will just order him in Charlotte especially on Wednesday when you’re buying 1 get 1 free

Yesterday was my first time ever eating from Schlotzsky. I arrived a little before closing time, the scenery was nice and very welcoming. Steven greeted me with a smile and being to take my order. His customer service was beautiful, and although I came before closing, my food was still fresh and tasted delicious. I will definitely be visiting again to try more menu items.

The food and service were great but the person behind the counter could’ve been cleaning up the drink counter when not working since they had no other employees to do it. It was filthy. Instead, they spent all their free time on their phone. Still, great food and service.

Worst experience at any shlotzkis ever, we asked for a bacon beefy smoke cheesy no chipotle mayo and veggies on the side , my wife had to go ask for the sandwich because it never came out . We finally got it with veggies it must have been sitting out for awhile because it was cold. We asked to have it remade with veggies on the side . 10 – 15 minutes later the sandwich came back out again WITH VEGGIES ON THE SANDWICH, I told the young man it has the veggies on the sandwich again, he replied the cook said that’s how he makes it . Worst part is he just reheated the whole sandwich which dried out the roast beef . By that time we where starving so we ate . After eating I asked to speak to the cook and he refused to come talk to me , I asked what if my daughter had been allergic to one of the veggies on the sandwich he had no answer . Luckily that wasn’t the case but what if another child is . Then I asked to talk to a manager or give me his number , the employee gave me a number to Mexico and of course no1 answered. Then I asked for his name and the cooks name , he tells me he doesn’t know his own coworkers name which I told him how is that possible. I don’t want anything for free , I just think the customer deserves what they ask and pay for .Will never be back yo this location again.

If no stars were an option that’s what I would choose. Placed an order online via the “slice” app which is what was offered. My wife arrived to pick up the order and was told that the location never received an order. I verified that this was indeed the proper location order was placed. The young lady at the counter was unprofessional, rolling her eyes at my wife. They apparently got the franchise owner on the phone and he told them not to give the order to my wife. Needless to say, very disappointed in this location and the lack of service we received not only by the young lady at counter but the owner of this location. I contacted slice and was told the the location was not answering their phones therefore order could not be submitted properly. Poor customer service from all involved, will not be back!

Came in around 11:30 and the only staff here was the cook who was trying her best to run the front and kitchen completely by herself. She did the best she could and she gave great service but being a former employee for Schlotzky’s the mangers should have been here and there should have been bare minimum of two employees (one for front of house and one for back of house) here to open the store. Even if it’s slow on Sundays it’s poor management to have only one opener running the entire store. Management needs to do better scheduling.
