Absolutely terrible. I ordered two turkey bacon clubs, one all the way. That one came out fine. But my second was “meat and cheese only.” When I said that, I was asked “you mean you don’t want bacon?” Um. Bacon is meat. I said yes I want bacon, no veggies or sauce. When I got my sandwich I didn’t have time to check in store before getting back to work. Guess what I found? No bacon. And my sandwich was full of onions, which I’m allergic to so I can’t even eat it. This location sucks and I will not be coming back.

I’m pretty grossed out. It was my first time trying Schlotzky’s. I ordered online and sat in the store to eat my food. As I was eating, I found a hair in my food! Yuck! I was completely disgusted and went to the ladies working, showed them the hair and asked for a refund. They did not refund my meal and simply said that I have to request it online. They were not wearing hairnets and one of them didn’t even have on a hat. Safe to say this’ll be my first and last time eating here.

Highly recommended, I have been very well attended at this location, Edgar, Mrs. Judith and Jonathan, they know how I like my salad and they have it ready. The service they offer me is wonderful. I always go back there for them. Everyone who works there provides excellent customer service.

My experience was bad. I ordered a turkey cobb salad and I was missing a lot of ingredients. I just got lettuce and a little bit of avocado and turkey. I was missing the eggs, tomatoes, black beans, and corn. 10 dollars for just lettuce smh

Called an hour ahead of time for sandwich, to reduce wait time and decided to add 2 salads once i arrived. After walking back to hotel I realized that they had not included my sandwich to the order. Anyway by the time this is settled it was 20 minutes of 2 oclock. So they get a nothing star for 40 minute wait time for order. and they sandwich was already made and sit around all this time. It sucked. My just stop eating at these stores. Seems as though service is slacking off from a few years ago
