I spoke to the team lead who took my order tonight about it not being on GF bread and she refunded it, but also blamed me saying I didn’t say it, when in fact I said it twice and she repeated it back once. I have nothing to follow up with if the refund doesn’t happen, so I asked politely for her name in case I need to call back and reference our conversation. She refused to give me her name! Very strange. Not like I asked for her SSN or something. Just a first name. Something is not right about this location. It’s a different staff. Always had friendly service in the past.

Cashier lady wasfriendly, quick and polite. Food was hot, tasted good and place is clean. Someone was cleaning the entire time I was there. Nice to see then take pride in it.

On the app it makes offers if you get points but half the stuff is not included. So I got points can’t use. Says giant sandwich but does not show any giant sandwich. What the heck. My husband loves their calzones but no offers for them.

Ohhh that smokecheesy sandwich! It’s craveable and what I order every time I come to Schlotskys. This time I ordered it with the roast beef (I’ve tried the chicken many times before) and it was still so delicious!
