It’s a far, far cry from the Schlotzskys of a few years ago. No large sandwiches any more, barely any olive mix on the bottom of our Turkey Originals, and the flavor of the meat and the bread just don’t taste as fresh as they used to. Super helpful window lady, and food was prepared very fast. But we paid $30+ for 3 medium sandwiches that were just very “meh”. Sad to say, but that was probably my last visit to Schlotzskys, it was not worth the money and not anywhere near as tasty as it used to be.

Stopped off and picked up a cal chicken pizza to go yesterday. The pizza was cold, crust was still soft and doughy. I was in a hurry, pulling a trailer and it’s tough crossing 34 and I30 or I woulda gone back. Sucks to drop $15 on lunch and it’s cold and not fit to eat.

Food was horrible. Service might have been ok but shorted $10 when I broke $100. Already closed. Manager yelled and threatened to call the cops next day when I explained. Not sure he understands English well. Quiet atmosphere because no customers.

I have been charged for a ‘sandwich meal’ several times when I only order the ‘sandwich’. No chips, No drink!! Also I have been harassed at the drive thru for a tip. A tip!! For what? Taking my money and over charging me??

I love Schlotzsky’s but hate that for the 3rd time in a row at this location I have ordered a medium sandwich and always get a small! Paying $15 for a medium combo, only to get a small sandwich and then only have the choice of tea or a canned soda is over priced and unfair. I understand that things have gone up but this unfair to do to your customers.

I am a sandwich lover. Schlotzsky’s is one of my favorite stops. I’m not fond of the $10 lunch ticket but either a veggie sandwich or smoked turkey breast on sourdough is tough to beat. This place is always friendly and they take care of the customer. On another note, a large Reuben on sourdough is EXCELLENT and provides leftovers or feeds 1-4 people a nice lunch.
