Ordered a small original (which i have had in the past at other locations) and they gave me a sandwich loaded with a lot of shredded iceberg lettuce. Included were about 2 thin slices of meat, 2 small tomato slices and not much else.

We were the only customers in the store (2 cars in the drive thru on arrival). Older-lady cashier was very short and unhelpful, made us repeat the order multiple times. Never said hi, never said thank you, kept talking to herself about drive-thru customers under her breath while talking our order. It took 22 min. to get the food (again only customers in the store). We love Schlotzky’s but won’t be returning to this location.

The customer service was good. The prices were ok. The turkey and bacon club was pretty tasty. The California pizza- chicken and avocado was delicious. I recommend the location for specialty sandwiches, pizzas, and flatbread.

We got a ham and cheese and a French Dip. Both were hot and tasty. The French Dip was spread with onion jam which was unexpected but had nice flavor. I’m always pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff at this location.
