The costumer service was amazing ! Me and my husband went to get dinner for the family when unfortunately their system went down, we had already placed our order and didn’t get a chance to pay. Instead of not serving us they gave us our entire order FREE. We appreciate the staff that works at this facility for their kindness to my family. I did not get the names of the crew working this night but if you were working on 8/25/2023 around 9:00pm you are very much appreciated !!

Im a manager at a restaurant close by to this location, this is the second time in the past 2 weeks ive came in to eat. The lady named LARA ia absolutely amazing. She has the best attitude the min you walk in, talks to people like the are family honestly, she really is the best. You guys better keep her or im going to try and steal her to bring that energy to my store.

Came In today on my lunch break, customer service was beyond horrible. The lady that took my order was rude, not polite. When my order was called the bag my food was In was not clean. I do not want a used plastic sack with stains all over, very unprofessional and unsanitary .I told the lady at the front and she had no response just dumped the bag in the trash can and walked off!! Will not be back! My host says Andrew on my receipt which was not the name I was given by the lady up front that took my order.

I love the restaurant brand but what a disappointment. I’ve been a fan of the bbq chicken pizza for years. This was edible but so boring. There was literally no flavor to it. If there was sauce, I certainly didn’t taste it. They put enough cheese to barely coat the top. I paid $10 for toast.

There’s no other sandwich like a Schlotzsky’s. I always get the original and I only wish we had them in Honolulu. While on the mainland, I definitely made it a point to stop for a sandwich a couple of times.

Amazing food and service! The cashier was super nice and the pizza was great! I think it might be the Pesto! The hours are applicable from 10 to 10. The location is convenient too being across the street from INTEGRIS hospital on NW Expressway.
