Really neat place to dine in or on the patio to watch the cars fly by. Very awesome atmosphere, nice employees and a pretty impressive menu for a chain if you like sammies, pizzas, salads n’ soups. They even let you pick two of anything on the menu (except the spicy eats or calzone section) if you can’t decide! And the pizzas are big and it’s BOGO on Wednesdays which is a phenomenal deal. If you don’t like your pizza too bready, get the flatbread, otherwise get the signature crust, it’s like sourdough. I highly recommend the French dip, so much meat and the au jus is delicious and they have horsey sauce on the counter. Also they have hot sauce packets which I really appreciate and they bottle and sell it too for $2.99. The employee was kind enough to substitute jalapeño bread for my French dip because I mentioned I love spicy foods. Very cool place.

Great job making serious sandwiches for adults. These sandwiches are classy, and they’re not cheap! But worth every penny because they’re made with attention to detail. Kids meals, on the other hand, are actually very affordable—3 bucks for everything. So that offsets the premium sandwich expense, if you are feeding kids too. Overall great experience. Bryant at the front is friendly and very patient with kids. Thanks!

We’ve been frequenting Schlotzsky’s for the past year + at least 2-3x a week. Though most of the visits haven’t been noteworthy, we continue to return because of the vegetarian options in a town rather lacking of choices. Lately, the past few months, however there’s been quite a turnaround with both quality and service. The staff is always attentive, accommodating, and most importantly accurate with orders. Recognition where it’s due! Keep up the good work and smiling faces!

First time and probably the last. Everything was just ok, but over priced for what you get. Sandwichs are small and thin. They didn’t have most of the things that I wanted. Seating is terrible. They were slow and only 3-4 eating inside, then why were the tables dirty and only two tables had napkins. ♂️

First and last time! I only wanted soup, the menu clearly states soup come with garlic bread. I asked for bread. They gave me cold undone bread. Instead of making me wait they gave it to me like that is ridiculous for the price. That was even homemade soup just horrible

The sandwiches are like what I can make at home with a hamburger bun. The lunch meat was super smoked and guacamole really smooth and no flavor. Chips were good. Service was friendly.

The schlotzsky in hot springs is first experience with this chain. I’m hoping they don’t represent the chain as a whole. I ordered my food gluten free bread no tomato said had allergies. So they deliver my wife’s tell me cook messed up and made mine wrong and they were correcting. They finally bring it out. It has wheat bread. Talk to manager he says will correct after another long wait he comes back they are out of gluten free bread and he can just comp me a sandwich for next time…not refund me. I’m like well can you do a lettuce wrap or something. He claims they can’t because it’s shredded lettuce and they can’t do anything for me. I’m like listen I’m hungry and been waiting forever just make it on shredded lettuce and I’ll eat it especially since I’m starving at this point and no refund or other solution offered.
