Food was good, as it usually is, however service was not good. After questioning how we were charged, the manager said she can’t do anything then proceeds to complain about not having enough employees and always getting busy after everyone leaves. You do not complain to customers about how busy you are, it isn’t our fault you don’t have enough help.

I ordered a # 4 Bacon and beef sandwich and a broccoli and cheddar soup. Broccoli and cheddar soup was old you can tell by the color and it tastes like it had been extremely overcooked had a hint of burnt taste. Broccoli and cheddar soup is what I usually get everytime I come in so I know what to expect but today was different and they didn’t even offer to fix it.

Took 10 min to order with only 4 people ahead. Then took 20 min to get the pizza. Double pepperoni had no pepperoni and little to no sauce. Only saving grace is they said the would remake it. They refunded me as I was no longer at the restaurant and unable to come back.
